Also, the CQC has updated its guidance for providers on meeting the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 (part 3) (as amended) and the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009 (Part 4) (as amended). The regulations apply from 1 April 2015 and the guidance replaces the Guidance about Compliance: Essential standards of quality and safety and its 28 outcomes. Download it here.
