Agilio Culture Club and Our Agilians

The entire essence of company culture should be collaborative and led by its people.

Here at Agilio we formed a Culture Club, a new initiative, working closely with central HR, to support and build on an already great Company culture for our ‘Agilian’s’.

Each member of the ACC put themselves forward, each with their own reasons for wanting to join. However, there was one common theme- they are all passionate about making Agilio an even more amazing place to work.

The purpose of the ACC is;

“To facilitate the creation of a great company culture, bringing the Divisions together”

The ACC is formed of Culture Champions across the group.

A Culture Champion is:

An ambassador for Agilio, supporting employee wellbeing, community outreach, environmental initiatives, inclusion and diversity and a point of contact for employees to identify what is important to them, to build on the Company culture.

Our Agilian Bases

We have offices around the country, from Devon, Brighton, Sheffield to Newcastle and most recently we are now international, with our new colleagues based in the Netherlands. The Agilio Culture is one of collaboration, with our teams based throughout Great Britain and now Europe, it is essential that all employees are equipped and set up with the right tools to enable remote and hybrid working, which we have fully embraced across the Group.
