Enhanced Holiday Scheme
Time away from work is key for employees who work at the highest level and is a major component of a healthy lifestyle. Agilio’s enhanced holiday scheme reflects our desire for employees to have a healthy work life balance.
We are proud to offer an enhanced holiday allowance of 28 days plus the bank holidays! And if that isn’t enough, you also have the option through salary sacrifice to apply to purchase up to an additional 5 days holiday per annum on top!
Enhanced Sick Pay Scheme
To help employees when they need to take time off due to illness, we provide an enhanced sick pay scheme, of 10 days full pay and 10 days half pay during a 12 month rolling period (pro-rated for part time employees).
Income Protection Scheme
For the cases of long-term ill health, and to supplement our enhanced sick pay scheme, Agilio provides an income protection scheme (subject to terms). This is a really important benefit, designed to assist employees who through no fault of their own suffer serious long-term injury or illness.
Health Cash Plan
The Health Cash Plan via Westfield Health, provide our employees a cash allowance towards everyday expenses such as dental and optical and so many more! In addition, using AgilioFlex, you have the option to upgrade this cover (via salary sacrifice) to match your requirements. You can arrange a higher level of provision for yourself if you like; to include your partner and any dependants.
Life Assurance
Agilio provide Life Assurance cover for all employees
Pension
Agilio encourages employees to save for their future. We therefore provide through Standard Life, an enhanced employers’ contribution to your pension scheme where we will match your contribution up to 4%. You will be able to increase your contributions, should you wish to do so, using AgilioFlex.
Employee Assistance Programme and Healthy Advantage App
Agilio recognises that there are times in life when employees may be struggling with life events and their mental well-being. In addition to having a range of mental health support, including mental health first aiders, we also provide a free Employee Assistance Programme, which provide 24/7 telephone help and support. There is also face to face counselling available, to help during difficult times.

AGILIO CULTURE CLUB AND OUR ‘AGILIANS’
The entire essence of company culture should be collaborative and led by its people.
Here at Agilio we formed a Culture Club, a new initiative, working closely with central HR, to support and build on an already great Company culture for our ‘Agilian’s’.
Each member of the ACC put themselves forward, each with their own reasons for wanting to join. However, there was one common theme- they are all passionate about making Agilio an even more amazing place to work.
The purpose of the ACC is;
“To facilitate the creation of a great company culture, bringing the Divisions together”
The ACC is formed of Culture Champions across the group.
A Culture Champion is:
An ambassador for Agilio, supporting employee wellbeing, community outreach, environmental initiatives, inclusion and diversity and a point of contact for employees to identify what is important to them, to build on the Company culture.

Our Agilian Bases
Where are we located?

We have offices around the country, from Devon, Brighton, Sheffield to Newcastle and most recently we are now international, with our new colleagues based in the Netherlands. The Agilio Culture is one of collaboration, with our teams based throughout Great Britain and now Europe, it is essential that all employees are equipped and set up with the right tools to enable remote and hybrid working, which we have fully embraced across the Group.
