Rachel is our Compliance Helpline Manager, she joined Agilio in 2012, where she found compliance was her niche. Rachel also manages QPS, Agilio’s accreditation scheme.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys pilates, horse riding, or just relaxing with a good book.

Leonie spent 12 years working as a Dental Nurse and Practice Manager before joining Agilio as a Dental Compliance Advisor in 2018. As well as covering the helpline, Leonie also works on QPS doing the administration doing the Inspections. Leonie loves this job and it really suits her as she loves talking to and helping people.
Outside of work, Leonie is a dog mum to two happy spaniels and loves spending time in nature ‘grounding’ herself by swimming in the sea, paddle-boarding, and going for long hikes on beaches and coastal paths. Fun Fact about Leonie – she mainly only wears ‘barefoot/minimalist shoes’
