iTeam Advice & Guidance

As HR Manager at Agilio, Roxanne provides daily HR advice and support on a variety of HR situations/topics to our member base of more than 2,000 practices.
Roxanne is also responsible for ensuring our documents, policies and advice are compliant with current employment law and legislation, and holds the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) level 5 Associate.
Roxanne is in training for her fourth half marathon. She enjoys running and makes an effort to run as much as she can, which can be difficult when taking care of three small children.

Hayley is one of our HR Advisors and has 4+ years in the HR field.  She thrives on giving practices the support and knowledge needed to create a positive workplace culture. She believes that people are an organisation’s most important asset.  When Hayley is not working, she enjoys family time and can often be found at the beach all year around.

Beth is one of our HR Advisors within the iTeam department and has over 5 years of experience within the HR field. Her passion for supporting people management is driven by improving workplace culture and in turn employee experience. In her free time, Beth loves exploring the South West Coast Path and walking her dog.

Theresa’s domains are human resources, compliance and legal. She has worked in HR for four years and strives to contribute to an environment where organisations not only succeed but thrive, creating a symbiotic relationship between organisational success and the well-being of their valuable contributors. When not working, you can catch Theresa creating memories with friends and family.

David is one of our HR Advisors within the iTeam department & has over 3 years of HR experience. David has over 21 years’ experience as a Line Manager & Ops Manager before bringing those skills and knowledge to HR. David is CIPD Level 5 certified, a course he undertook when deciding to move from management to HR. David has a passion for learning and developing others. In his free time, he enjoys music, film and supporting Sheffield Wednesday FC.
