    As HR Manager at Agilio, Roxanne provides daily HR advice and support on a variety of HR situations/topics to our member base of more than 2,000 practices.
    Roxanne is also responsible for ensuring our documents, policies and advice are compliant with current employment law and legislation, and holds the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) level 5 Associate.
    Roxanne is in training for her fourth half marathon. She enjoys running and makes an effort to run as much as she can, which can be difficult when taking care of three small children.

    Hayley is one of our HR Consultants and has 5+ years in the HR field. She thrives on giving practices the support and knowledge needed to create a positive workplace culture. She believes that people are an organisation’s most important asset. When Hayley is not working, she enjoys family time, walking the dogs and can often be found at the beach all year around.

    Beth is our HR Services Team Leader within the iTeam department and has over 7 years of experience within the HR field. Her passion for supporting people management is driven by improving workplace culture and in turn employee experience. In her free time, Beth loves exploring the South West Coast Path, spending time with friends and family, and walking her very energetic labrador!

    David is an HR Consultant within the iTeam department, bringing over five years of dedicated HR experience. Prior to transitioning into HR, he built a successful career spanning more than 21 years as a Line Manager and Operations Manager, giving him a strong commercial understanding of people management in practice.

    He is CIPD Level 5 qualified, having undertaken the certification to support his move into HR, and is passionate about developing others and helping teams perform at their best.

    Outside of work, David enjoys music, film, cooking (and eating), and is a loyal supporter of Sheffield Wednesday FC.
