1. Promoter
This prize draw is run by Agilio Software Bidco Limited, registered in the UK with registered office at Unit 18, Jessops Riverside, 800 Brightside Lane, Sheffield (the “Promoter”).
References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms mean the Promoter.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK-resident individuals aged 18 or over who make a qualifying purchase during the promotion period.
Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
We may ask for proof that you meet these eligibility requirements and may withhold or withdraw a prize if you do not.
3. Promotion period
The promotion runs from 14 February to 31st March 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
Qualifying purchases must be completed within the Promotion Period to be entered into the draw.
4. How to enter
You will receive one entry into the prize draw for each qualifying purchase of iLearn made during the Promotion Period.
No additional purchase is necessary beyond the qualifying purchase, and there is no charge to enter this prize draw.
Entries generated by bots, scripts or other automated means are not allowed and will be disqualified.
5. The prize
There will be 26 prizes in total:
- The top prize is a £200 Amazon voucher;
- The second tier of prizes is 5 x £75 Amazon vouchers;
- The final tier of prizes is 20 x £25 Amazon vouchers.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold; no cash or other alternative will be offered.
If the advertised prize is unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Selection of the winner
Within days of the end of the Promotion Period, we will select the winner(s) at random from all eligible
entries.
The draw will be conducted using a computer-generated random process.
7. Notifying and awarding the prize
We will contact the winner using the contact details linked to their qualifying purchase (for example, the email address provided at the time of purchase) within 7 days of the draw.
The winner must respond within 7 days of our first contact to claim the prize and provide any information we reasonably need to deliver it.
If the winner does not respond in time, is not eligible, or declines the prize, we may disqualify them and select another winner using the same process.
We are not responsible if we cannot contact a winner because their contact details are incomplete or inaccurate, or because our messages go to spam or are otherwise not received.
8. Publicity and winner details
We may ask the winner for permission to use their name in marketing materials or announcements about the prize draw. We will only do this with their consent.
Where required by the Advertising Standards Authority, we may need to provide the winner’s surname and county/region to confirm that a valid award took place. If you object to this, please tell us when you claim your prize; we may still need to share this information with the regulator if the regulator requests it.
9. Data protection
We will use your personal data to administer the prize draw (for example, to record entries, pick and contact the winner, and deliver the prize) and as otherwise set out in our privacy policy.
The legal basis for our actions is our legitimate interests in running the promotion and fulfilling the prize.
We will keep personal data connected to the prize draw only for as long as necessary to run the promotion, deal with any queries or complaints, and meet our legal obligations.
10. Fair use and disqualification
We may refuse to award the prize, withdraw entry, or disqualify any participant where we reasonably believe they have: broken these terms, tampered with the entry process, acted fraudulently or dishonestly, or brought the promotion into disrepute.
Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final, and we will not enter into correspondence about it.
11. Responsibility
We will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be entered for any technical or other reason beyond our reasonable control.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising out of your participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the prize, except where this cannot be excluded by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud).
12. Changes and cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw and/or these terms if it becomes necessary to do so for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

13. Governing law
These terms and the prize draw are governed by English law.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
