TeamNet is redefining day-to-day operations across Primary Care, showcasing the power of integrated technologies. TeamNet and My Locum Manager will continue to provide a single platform to alleviate the admin burden of healthcare operations, enabling PCNs and practices to increase workforce capacity practically and sustainably.
Agilio has taken its operations management software, TeamNet, and, working closely with PCNs and ICBs, introduced My Locum Manager (MLM) – a seamlessly integrable tool to significantly enhance TeamNet’s existing workforce and HR capabilities. Together, TeamNet + MLM provides a staff bank solution which allows access to a wider pool of clinicians, nurses, and ARRS roles. Coupled with TeamNet’s HR and workforce modules including rotas, staff availability, HR cards (including HR checks and key credentials), and mandatory training, practice managers are provided with what they need to source, book, and manage staff compliantly all in one place. At Nottinghamshire ICB, in a six-month period, there were over 1,772 shifts filled.
