Job purpose:
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for growing existing
customer revenue and generating new business within the DSO and
Enterprise segment of the dental market. This pivotal role requires an
individual with extensive sales experience, preferably i n the dental
market, possessing exceptional relationship management skills,
consultative selling expertise, and a proven track record of successfully
closing deals.
You will be responsible for:
• Pipeline Conversion: Lead efforts to convert existing pipeline
opportunities into sales, ensuring timely and effective engagement
with prospects and clients.
• New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business
opportunities within the dental market, utilising market research
and networking to expand the client base.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong
relationships with key stakeholders, including dental practices,
dental associations, and industry influencers.
• Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales approach to
understand the unique needs and challenges of potential clients,
effectively positioning Agilio Dental’s software solutions as the
ideal fit.
• Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and
demonstrations of Agilio Dental’s software offerings, effectively
articulating value propositions and addressing client
requirements.
• Negotiation and Deal Closing: Lead negotiation processes,
leveraging persuasive communication skills and business acumen
to secure favourable terms and close deals.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales
leadership team to develop strategic sales plans and initiatives
aimed at achieving revenue targets and market expansion.
• Demonstrate excellence in CRM management to drive accurate
forecasting and pipeline management.
• Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse sales
performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing corrective actions as needed.
Key KPIs
• Growth Quota: This is a targeted role carrying a ramped quota of
£500k ARR
• Sales Impact: Balancing new business and cross-sell, win rate,
proposal-to-close conversion, sales cycle length, new revenue
influenced.
• Forecast Precision: Demonstrated understanding of buying
levers and cycles, robust close plans resulting in forecast
accuracy.
The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Senior
Account Executive (Dental) are:
Essential
• 3 years proven sales experience in SAAS sales. Experience in
the dental market is an advantage.
• Proven ability to own discovery, solution presentation, and closure
of multi-service retainers with mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC an
advantage.
• Strong client relationship skills, with gravitas in C -suite and
board-level conversations.
• Resilience and urgency, you’ll thrive in a fast moving, high
acquisition environment.
• Commercial mindset: balancing client outcomes with profitability
to support the business outcomes.

This is a full-time role based remote/hybrid
