Job purpose:

As a Compliance Consultant within our iManage (DCME) service, you will support dental practices with their compliance by delivering expert remote compliance management and helping practices stay inspection-ready.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing your practices’ remote compliance as part of the iManage (DCME) service
  • Carrying out policy adaptations and reviews within the DCME application for your practices
  • Gathering, reviewing and organising evidence to create an effective audit trail
  • Writing accurate report notes to support each practice’s audit trail
  • Providing and maintaining compliance requirements
  • Coordinating and maintaining your diary
  • Delivering practice meetings and one-to-ones
  • Delivering remote mock inspections
  • Building and maintaining rapport with clients and practices
  • Working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring all leads are passed to the new business team

 

The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Compliance Consultant are:

Essential:

  • Minimum of five years of experience working in a dental practice 
  • Minimum 3 years leading compliance and management in dental practice 
  • Excellent communication and writing skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent organisational and diary management skills 
  • Excellent dental compliance and CQC inspection knowledge 
  • Capable of delivering high quality work within timeframes 
  • Good working knowledge of the auditing and reporting process 
  • Good working knowledge of risk assessing in a dental practice 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Experience working in both NHS and private practices 

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the DCME application and templates 
  • Knowledge of Agilio products 
  • Knowledge of HIW inspections and processes 
  • IOSH ‘Managing Safely’ qualification 
  • Presentation skills 
  • Experience working in orthodontic, domiciliary and other specialist practices 

Additional Information

Location: Remote. Hybrid available depending on location.
Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Some out-of-hours work may be required from time to time.
