Course Details

This short course has been provided by the Veterinary Defence Society for BVRA members. Their training team, VDST provides all veterinary team members with support and training to help with common challenges faced in veterinary practice today. The insurance claims handled by the VDS gives them a good sense of the problems and pitfalls that exist in practice, which they use to develop training that helps to avoid them and that helps you to thrive in your role in
practice.

In this "Understanding the People Puzzle" course, we want to equip you with the tools and techniques to thrive as a veterinary receptionist. We focus on how we manage ourselves, our relationships with our clients and our relationships within the team.
