Agilio’s iLearn offering is a great addition to our training package here at UHCW. iLearn has brought a renewed focus on training and development as staff have a brand-new platform to explore and resources are available for all our staff to review and help improve our own working practices. We have found that iLearn offers excellent opportunities for staff development, providing dedicated, specific modules covering all aspects of decontamination that can be tackled at any time and at their own pace. Our new starters find this invaluable, and our long-serving staff are also keen for refresher training to keep their knowledge and skills up to date.

Myhrtoolkit is very user-friendly, simple to use, and cost effective. It is really fit for purpose. It isn’t an overcomplicated system – you have everything you need right there.

The ability to be able to access information easily and quickly is greatly beneficial for saving time on office administration.

It is easy to record employee hours weekly so that I know what they are due holiday-wise, and for keeping a tab on how many staff we have. Furthermore, the ability to export spreadsheets which shows staffing levels month-month is really useful for our HR team when reporting back to board members. This allows the information to be transparent and concise without the hassle of having to manually process the data.
