Strategic leadership transition will accelerate growth and market leadership
Agilio Software is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Ben Betts as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 22 April 2025.
Dr. Ben Betts previously served as CEO of Learning Pool, where he spearheaded the company’s significant growth, building a presence in multiple countries and scaling the business to over 450 employees. During his tenure, Ben led strategic M&A initiatives, drove innovation, directly engaged major customers and significantly scaled internal operations. His leadership cemented Learning Pool’s position as a market leader in the learning technology sector.

Previous CEO Neil Laycock will transition to a strategic corporate development role, focusing on driving Agilio’s growth through mergers and acquisitions, and will report directly to Ben.
