As part of this partnership, veterinary practices subscribing to Agilio’s iLearn platform for online training and CPD will now receive complimentary BVRA practice membership, unlocking access to a wealth of resources, training, and professional development opportunities. iLearn features a comprehensive library of over 100 non-clinical CPD and training courses, developed by industry experts to help all members of the practice team build skills, boost confidence, and excel in their roles.
The partnership comes at a critical time. According to the BVRA’s recent Annual Veterinary Receptionist Survey, over half of veterinary receptionists reported a lack of access to relevant CPD, with 55% expressing a desire for more CPD opportunities*. Lack of time and lack of money were also cited as significant barriers. Professional development is key to job satisfaction and long-term career ambitions. Without adequate support, the profession risks losing these highly skilled team members.
