Agilio Software, the UK’s leading healthcare operations technology provider, has acquired The Fresh, a prominent digital marketing, CRM software and lead generation company renowned for its strong reputation in the UK dental market. This combines Agilio’s innovative healthcare technology with The Fresh’s marketing prowess and the advanced Leadflo Dental CRM system.
With this strategic move, Agilio significantly broadens its offerings for dental practices and Dental Service Organisations (DSOs), further establishing its importance in the patient engagement space. The Fresh complements Agilio’s previous acquisitions such as iatro, the NHS primary care patient engagement solutions provider,and strengthens its ability to provide connected, patient-focused solutions, ensuring dental practices can better engage and manage patient interactions.
This acquisition highlights Agilio’s ambitious growth plans in its sector and internationally, following investment by leading private equity firms Five Arrows, the alternative assets arm of Rothschild & Co, and TA Associates. Agilio’s goal is to save time in healthcare by digitising critical operational functions.
