TeamNet’s latest update introduces templates to the Rotas module, making it much quicker for our users to build future rotas.
Using the new templates feature, rota managers can replicate a portion of a rota, simply by copying a ‘day’ or ‘week’, which can then be imported and used to auto-fill future periods. Templates can also be used to replicate sessions based on job roles, particularly useful if any practice staff, for example, GPs, nurses or receptionists follow a shift or session pattern.
