Over the last two years, one of the things that we’ve missed out on is attending trade shows – meeting other industry movers & shakers, and of course, meeting our lovely customers face-to-face!
So, when the chance came to attend a handful of events towards the end of 2021, we couldn’t wait to get out on the road. Whilst technology has stepped up to make remote working and learning easier than ever – there’s nothing better for Clarity Informatics than attending an event in ‘real life.
Following our attendance at Best Practice in Birmingham, we’ve reflected on what made the two days so beneficial for our team.
Getting to Meet Our Customers Face-to-Face
We have great dialogue with our customers, actively listening to their experiences which help to shape our services going forward. Our team met some lovely users over the two days at Best Practice who talked about their experience with using our range of products.
Whether it’s hearing how TeamNet is helping practices save time, how our new eLearning courses are being received, or even taking on board ways you think our services could be better, we love talking to our customers face-to-face.
These events also give us the opportunity to showcase and talk through new modules and updates that we’ve introduced since the pandemic – making sure our customers are getting the most out of their software and iron out any issues they may have found.
We’re always on hand at our stand with our software so anyone can come to speak with our experts, ask questions about aspects of our technology, or even just a general conversation about Clarity as a whole.
Mingling with Likeminded Businesses and Organisations
At Clarity, we’re always keen to learn how other organisations are helping to advance the health sector and learning about new technology that can help professionals in our industry to work better and more efficiently.
The beauty of these events is the diverse range of exhibitors, speakers, and attendees – giving us the chance to speak with other businesses and exhibitors we would never meet otherwise and share ideas and solutions on how we can shape our future work for the good of the industry.
