Product Manager (iLearn) – Cross Divisional

Job purpose:
The purpose of the role is to own and drive the commercial success of
our product both in B2C and B2B sectors

You will be responsible for:

External & Market Knowledge
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the eLearning, CPD and LMS
Market in the UK and other countries that Agilio operates in
• Understand the current and future needs of our customers in all sectors
including Dental, Primary Care, Veterinary and Pharmacy.
• Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting
market and customer research/validation
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and how they are used
by our customers Including development in-service KPIs and leveraging
Pendo
• Establish and lead Customer User Groups
• Lead UAT workshops

Product Planning
• Prepare and own the long-term vision for iLearn products across all
sectors and geographies
• Prepare and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmaps, managing the
complete product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical
activities
• In developing the roadmaps balance priorities to deliver the product
strategy with requests from customers and internal stakeholders for new
products, features and content
• Translate the individual elements of the roadmap into detailed user
requirements and communicate the requirements to the engineering and
content production teams

Internal
• Act as the ‘product champion’ ensuring that we focus on the delivery of
product solutions (product and services) that meet the timely needs of the
marketplace
• To produce and implement companywide ‘product launch’ plans, working
with all departments to execute
• Ensure that accurate product information is maintained to support the
sales and marketing functions (e.g. Product Briefings, benefits,
argumentation, competitor analysis, etc.)
• Review user documentation, Release Notes and Help files to ensure that
the right messages are being conveyed to customers
• To sign off the software release for a product within a release
• To attend team meetings and other briefing sessions

Commercial
• To prepare and gain approval for business cases for significant new
products and features
• Work with Managing Directors to develop long term revenue growth and
retention plans

The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Product
Manager (iLearn) are:

Essential
• Minimum 5+ years as a product manager of a SaaS software product(s)
• Previous success in the definition, launch and in-service performance
management of a great product
• Experience with eLearning, LMS or CPD solutions
• Healthcare experience

Desirable
• Experience in one or more frontline healthcare sectors
• Managing a portfolio of products
• Establishing and leading customer user groups and user research

Additional Information
This is a full-time role based remotely, hybrid is available based on
location.

Job type: Full-time, permanent, some out of hour’s work may be
required from time to time.
