Plan Types

  • Maintenance Plans

    Best for growing or new practices, or NHS conversions, and preferable for most situations. They usually include check-ups, x-rays and dental hygiene treatment, with family discounts.

  • Care Plan

    Best for established practices with a stable patient list. Care includes routine dental treatment such as fillings, crowns and bridges, but not specialist treatments or laboratory bills.

  • Hygiene Plans

    For all practices who have a private hygiene service. Some patients may not want to join a full dental plan or if you do not want to offer a full dental plan.

  • Children’s Plans

    At a lower cost price for the under 18s, so that children can have the best start in life for dental health.

  • Corporate Plans

    Offer a plan to companies in your area, people need less time off work and you can meet the local working community.

  • Practice Club

    The registration plan for private patients who do not want to join a plan but want to be registered with the practice.

Optional worldwide dental accident and emergency cover

With our Dental Plans worldwide dental accident and emergency cover is optional. If your dental plan does not include cover patients can opt in and pay CODEplan directly just 97p per month.

How to claim

Dentists can download an AE dental insurance claim form here, or read the full policy terms and conditions on this AE cover form

Claim forms must be signed by the treating dentist and sent to Denis UK Ltd at the address on the form, within the cover time limits
