Why we started
Healthcare teams were losing hours to admin that had nothing to do with patient care
Agilio began in 2019, when CODE set out to bring dental compliance and HR into one system instead of a drawer of paper files and spreadsheets.
The problem wasn’t unique to dentistry. Across healthcare, teams were tracking CPD on spreadsheets, chasing compliance evidence before an inspection, and building rotas by hand.
We built Agilio to close that gap: software written by people who understand healthcare, for the people running it.

We don’t build generic healthcare software and hope it fits. Every Agilio product is designed around the real workflows of the sector it serves, because a GP practice, a dental group and a veterinary team don’t run the same way.
