With PCNs evolving rapidly and now tasked with managing a larger, shared workforce through the employment of ARRS staff, there has never been a greater need for a flexible scheduling tool.
With TeamNet’s new ‘session share’ feature, PCNs can now effortlessly deploy their shared workforce across their member practices using TeamNet’s integrated rota tool and new session sharing functionality.
Using their TeamNet portal, PCNs can now create and assign a session to a PCN employee and post the session to the relevant practice, automatically populating their practice rota and diary.
The new process reduces the administration burden for PCNs by streamlining the scheduling process and saving time. Practice managers gain full visibility of who is working at their practice, and individual employees are better informed of their schedules, improving communication for all those involved.
The latest update will also support any PCNs intending to run the extended access service from 2022.
