    PHP Issue

A security vulnerability has been found in PHP, a language used as the foundation for many of the world’s websites and web applications, that was first announced in the news on Wednesday 21st October. Agilio became aware of the issue before the public alert, and our engineering team has worked rapidly to respond and fix any Agilio systems that were impacted.

    Current Status

Our team has already patched most of our systems. They’re working to get the rest into a fixed state. Where we’ve needed to take a product offline to do that safely, we have. For specific product issues, please see below.

For some systems, we implemented interim safeguards via our Web Application Firewall while we prepared and rolled out the patches needed to fix them. Since then, we have rolled out patches to the majority of our PHP-based systems.

    What you need to do

Nothing, unless we tell you otherwise on this page or by email.

Agilio Products and Websites Still Impacted

    MyHRToolkit

As a proactive measure, we took the system offline to apply a security patch so that myhrtoolkit works with the latest PHP security updates. Unfortunately, the first fix we applied was not successful, so we are building a more complex one. This is likely to take our team several days.

    Your data
There has been no data breach, and your data remains safe. Protecting it is our priority, so we will only bring myhrtoolkit back online once we are fully confident it is secure.

    What happens next
Our team is working round the clock, including over the weekend, to resolve this as quickly and safely as possible. We will send regular updates on our progress.
