iManage Group is a subscription-based service designed to provide an outsourced group level compliance manager to growing dental organisations.

Combined with weekly calls, monthly meetings and quarterly webinars to support your PMs, the iManage Group service will help to give you clarity on business risk areas and peace of mind that your team is being managed by an experienced compliance professional.

This service provides more than 100 hours of support each year and is an investment to free up critical senior management time.

We are determined to keep the price of this investment low, in order to support the growth of our members and have agreed an introductory rate of 319 + VAT per month for your first 1-5 practices.

NB – This service does not replace the need for practice level compliance managers. Please ask us about our iManage service for more information regarding outsourced practice level compliance manager.

    Sleep well at night knowing that your iManager is performing random compliance spot checks, asking your practices to submit evidence for review and then feeding back to them and your board/management team.

  • Monthly Compliance Catch-ups

    Each practice subscribed to iManage Group has a 30 minute catch up call with their iManager who will feedback on the results of any spot checks, discuss activities carried out and check that the practice is on track.

  • Monthly Board Report and Meeting

    Each month your iManager will prepare a board report outlining compliance completion across your subscribed practices, highlighting any potential risks and suggesting actions to resolve issues.

  • Weekly Compliance Club Calls
