Introduction to Neurodiversity & Reasonable Adjustments - Course Thumbnail

Course Details

In the first webinar of this two-part series, Daniel and Helen from The Vet Project will explain the terminology and key concepts of neurodiversity. You'll learn about the different neurodivergent conditions and how they can interact to produce a unique pattern of traits in each person. We'll also discuss the prevalence of neurodiversity and make sure that you know where to get more help and information when you need it.

In the second webinar, Kirstie Pickles of Unedited Minds gives an overview of how to create an equitable workplace, why neurodivergent individuals may require reasonable adjustments, and illustrates examples of these in clinical veterinary practice.
