Rodericks Dental & iLearn
Rodericks’ dental professionals across over 150 practices will now have the opportunity to use iLearn to plan and complete their training with all courses linking to the GDC Development Outcomes so learners can complete their CPD aligned to their own PDPs.
All Rodericks’ team members will also be able to automatically record their CPD progress as they learn and generate annual and end-of-cycle reports. iLearn has over 235 training courses authored by experts, with new courses added and updated regularly.
Cathie Brady, Chief Clinical Officer at Rodericks Dental Group said: “Education, training, development and support are very important at Rodericks and we understand that lifelong learning is key to excellent patient care. With that in mind, we’re delighted to be partnering with Agilio to provide everything our team requires to comply successfully with the GDC’s enhanced CPD requirements.
The functionality, reputation, and experience that iLearn has gained over 40 years made Agilio the obvious choice to meet our needs, especially iLearn’s reporting capability that allows us to track CPD progress at individual, practice, and group levels, and is vital for our Regulatory compliance when you’re managing over 150 practices across the country.”
David Fraser, Head of iLearn Product Development at Agilio Software, added: “We are excited to be working with a partner who understands and appreciates the value of providing first-class CPD to staff members, not only for training and development but for recruitment and retention where there is strong evidence that links investment in career development to staff satisfaction levels.”
