Objectives
- Understand the Key Elements of a Positive Team Experience. Learners will identify the essential aspects of a positive team experience, including open communication, mutual respect, and trust, all of which contribute to a supportive and effective workplace.
- Develop Practices for Supporting and Appreciating Team Members. Learners will explore practical ways to support, endorse, and appreciate their colleagues, helping to foster a cohesive team environment where everyone feels valued.
