Business Development Executive – MediaPharm

Job purpose:
To effectively sell the Agilio Software suite of software products by
establishing contact and developing relationships with new and existing
clients, working closely with the client and the rest of the TeamNet team
to ensure that our clients’ needs, and expectations are met.

You will be responsible for:
• Successfully promote and sell Agilio Software products.
• Preparing and delivering strategic presentations to clients.
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the
functions of and enhancements to the TeamNet platform and other
software suites.
• Have consultative conversations about a range of products,
understanding which would fit the client best.
• Explore new ways to increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Attend conferences to promote Agilio Software products.
• Liaise with product managers to maintain a strong understanding of
the product range.
• Canvas for potential clients and generate own opportunities.
• Assist team with delivery of marketing tasks/campaigns.
• Undertaking any other reasonable tasks commensurate with your skills
and experience.
• Support SDR’s with campaigns for lead generation and work closely
with them to help both roles succeed.
• Ensure CRM system and pipelines are kept up to date for forecasting.
• Work effectively with Head of Sales and the Product team, to give
feedback around updates to existing products and other developments we
could sell.

The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Business
Development Executive – Mediapharm are:

Essential
• Proven/demonstrable sales and presales experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Demonstratable experience of managing the full sales cycle.
• Clean driving licence.
• Passion for technology, high level of technical understanding of IT tools. Note
that the role does not require software development or in-depth technical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to develop and maintain cordial
professional relationships internally and externally.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team and able to use your own
initiative.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline and work towards a sales target.

Additional Information
This is a full-time role, based in the office in Newcastle, with the
potential to work from home.
Job type: Full-time, permanent, some out of hour’s work may be
required from time to time.
