Trademarks

Our registered trademarks, and how you can, and can’t, use Agilio’s trademarks, trade names and logos.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

This page explains what Agilio’s registered trademarks and logos are, and how you can, and can’t, use them. It’s a standing policy, not a contract document — it doesn’t form part of, or vary, any services contract you have with us, though our General Terms and Acceptable Use Policy both refer to it.

1. Our trademarks

This table lists the trademarks and service marks currently registered by Agilio Software Bidco Limited or another Agilio Group company, marked with the ® symbol. It’s drawn from our live trademark register and won’t always be perfectly current, and product names aren’t necessarily the same as our registered trademarks — the absence of a name from this list doesn’t mean we don’t claim rights in it, whether as a trade name or an unregistered mark.

2. What you can’t do

Without our prior written permission, you mustn’t: use our trademarks, trade names or logos, or anything confusingly similar to them, as or in your own trademark, trade name, product name, domain name, or social media handle; alter, distort, or combine our logos with any other word, symbol or image, or use them in a way that’s misleading, disparaging, or damaging to our reputation; use our trademarks in any way that suggests we endorse, sponsor, or are affiliated with your own product, service or organisation, where we don’t; or use our trademarks more prominently than your own branding on any joint marketing material.

3. What you can do

You can refer to Agilio and our products by name in ordinary text — for example, to accurately describe that you’re a customer, or that your practice uses one of our products — provided you don’t do any of the things in the clause about ‘What you can’t do’ above. If you’d like to use our logo itself (rather than just naming us in text), or feature us in a case study, press release, or joint marketing material, ask us first — see the clause about ‘Requesting permission’ below.

4. Third-party trademarks

Any third-party trademarks, trade names or logos that appear on our website, in our products, or in our other materials — including those of our technology and infrastructure partners — belong to their respective owners, and appear for identification purposes only. That doesn’t imply any endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation between us and the owner, except where we say otherwise.

5. Requesting permission

If you’d like permission to use our trademarks, trade names or logos beyond what the clause about ‘What you can do’ above already allows, email [email protected] with details of the proposed use. We’ll respond within a reasonable time — we’re not obliged to grant permission, and any permission we do give can be limited to a specific use and withdrawn on reasonable notice.

6. Enforcement

We take unauthorised use of our trademarks seriously and may take action to protect them, including asking you to stop, seeking removal of infringing content, or pursuing legal remedies where necessary.

7. Changes to this page

We may update this page from time to time — for example, to add or remove a product name or registration as our portfolio or trademark register changes. The date at the top of this page tells you when it was last updated.
