Steris have relied on Isopharm for the supply of equipment, software and technical support for many years, for all aspects of the validation and testing of our equipment. Isopharm’s professionalism and commitment to providing the highest standards possible means that we are able to consistently exceed our customers’ expectations. We use TQSoft and IPReports extensively for the data gathering and reporting that we carry out. This enables us to provide all the information required to meet our customers’ needs. In my twelve years association with Isopharm, I have always been very happy with the service provided.

The reporting package from Isopharm provides the resource to create a professional validation document where every single line in the report is automatically referenced back to a guidance section. This has allowed transparency not only for our engineers, but also for the Users who need to sign off our report. Every single line in the report provides the means to cross reference with the guidance document we are working to. No one else provides this level of compliance information that I know of.

Not only has TQSoft proved to be reliable and very dependable, the software is also extremely versatile. We have used the package with a variety of different data loggers, validating both autoclaves and washer disinfectors to the appropriate standards. Our own clients are also extremely pleased with the reports that we issue, commenting especially on the level of detail and traceability we can now present to them.
