How it works

  • Data Automation

    We automate the collation of data from multiple sources, all going directly into associate schedules: 

    • NHS – download of all contracts per performer.
    • Practice Management Systems – private income is pulled daily from SOE, R4, SFD, Orthotrac, Dentally. 
    • Insurance – all plans are catered for; Simply Health (Denplan), Practice Plan, DPAS, Patient Plan Direct, Highland Plan, Grampian Plan.
    • Invoicing Systems – process for lab invoices automated from P2D, Sage and more. 
    • HR Systems – we integrate with many HR software providers to pull rates into our pay solution (Cascade, Work Digital, People HR, Workday, iTeam). 

  • Our Platform

    Our software collates all our data sources, maps them to the relevant providers and using a rule engine we customise the output to each dental group. We can deal with any number of permeations! 

  • Automated Outputs

    Automated Associate Pay includes: 

    • Branded Remittances– auto generated and emailed directly to associates (a review link can also be sent in advance of pay). 
    • A Secure Online Portal – for associates to log in and view their schedules (current and historic). 
    • Reporting – pay review dashboard and report to streamline the process of reviewing and signing off pay. 
    • Journal Files – detailed line-item journals which can be uploaded to accounting systems (Xero, Sage, Quickbooks, AccountsIQ, Microsoft Business Central). 
    • Bank File Exports – payment file to the bank.
