Agilio Software (formerly Code and Isopharm) has supported the safe and efficient running of healthcare practices for over 40 years.

We design and build software to help healthcare practices automate their processes so they can focus on patient care. We provide the leading compliance management solution and the most widely used online CPD platform. Our HR solutions automate the process of team scheduling, HR document management, onboarding and compliance checks.

Job purpose:

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and professional Customer Success Account Executive to join our fast-paced Customer Success department to manage client accounts and provide support and training to our vast client base.

This is a great opportunity to broaden your customer service knowledge and experience in a successful and growing business in the healthcare and sASS industry.

If you have strong communication skills (phone and email) including a confident and professional telephone manner, the ability to organise and prioritise, experience with IT systems and programmes and you are able to learn quickly we would love to hear from you.

As a Customer Success Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a Customer Service role and be passionate about providing exceptionally high levels of service. Previous experience in the dental sector would be of benefit but not essential.

This is a full-time role based in our Holsworthy office, however, remote/ home working may be considered.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £23,000.00 per year
