Job purpose:
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and professional Customer Success Account Executive to join our fast-paced Customer Success department to manage client accounts and provide support and training to our vast client base.

If you have strong communication skills (phone and email) including a confident and professional telephone manner, the ability to organise and prioritise, problem solve with the ability to provide effective solutions, experience with IT systems and programmes and you are able to learn quickly we would love to hear from you.
As a Customer Success Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining client accounts through regular reviews and appointments
- Dealing with client enquiries and queries through the members support line
- Have an in-depth knowledge of all our cross products to provide support and training to our members
- Reviewing and building relationships with subscribing clients
- Assisting with the onboarding process
- Providing information about Agilio’s services and products to generate referral to our New Business Team
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a Customer Service role and be passionate about providing exceptionally high levels of service.
Previous experience in the dental industry would be of benefit but not essential.
Additional Information
This is a full-time role based in Sheffield. Tuesday to Thursday office based and Monday and Friday remote working will be considered.
