Inductions and probations can be time-consuming but they are extremely important and in the first webinar of the series you’ll find out why, what they consist of and how to carry out the process.
Week 2 – Contracts of employment: Thursday 10th November at 1pm
Contracts are required for all employed team members and are law-binding. In the second webinar of the series, Roxanne will explain why contracts are important, their key points and which contracts to use for your employees.
Week 3 – Disciplinary DOs and DON’Ts: Tuesday 15th November at 1pm
Disciplinaries can be scary and a long process. Ensure you have all the correct steps in place and provide a full and fair process for the practice and the individual in the third webinar of the series.
Week 4 – Managing leavers & how to appropriately deal with resignations: Wednesday 23rd November at 1pm
